What does working with Acaciawave cost?
It depends on scope, and we price against a written one rather than a guess. If a project is not worth building, we say so instead of quoting for it.
Can you integrate with the systems we already have?
Usually — it is most of the work. An API if there is one; otherwise a file, a database or an export. Finding out which changes the estimate, so it comes first.
How do you choose the technology?
By what the problem requires: well-supported tools, few dependencies, and no architecture only one person understands.
What happens after launch?
We keep running it, on a support contract rather than a handover. Monitoring, fixes and changes stay with us, and you get a named person rather than a queue.
